Most recently, our data-driven strategy and unique creative approach led to an impressive turnaround for a leading consumer product brand that was facing a corporate reputation crisis. After studying the issue with the brand’s internal and public opinion teams, we crafted a comprehensive marketing campaign that included TV, digital, print and radio. By highlighting the brand’s commitment to its employees and the impact on the community in multiple states, we successfully improved the brand’s metrics by double-digits across multiple states and markets.

Another recent success story was helping turn around the reputation of a public utility judged "the most hated company in America. " Our advertising led to customer approval and satisfaction ratings rising 26 points. The utility’s public image was so improved that it positioned them for a merger with a national energy company. The initial merger was rejected by a local public corporation commission, but our subsequent public advocacy campaign helped save the merger and led to the merger’s approval in a second commission vote.
