Saira Weinzimmer is an Associate at Putnam Partners. As a child growing up in New Hampshire, Saira had the opportunity to attend candidate town halls each primary season. She developed a love for politics after a particularly memorable tour of the 2008 presidential candidates with her grandmother.
In the 2016 election cycle, Saira served as a field organizer for Hillary Clinton in Pennsylvania, where she was responsible for getting out the vote in several townships. Previously, she worked with the International Institute of New England’s case management team to resettle refugees.
Saira graduated from Rice University with a B.A. in Philosophy and a minor in Poverty, Justice, and Human Capabilities. In her spare time, she enjoys working on her various creative writing projects.
